How it works
What happens after you contact us
A great deal is happening in Pennsylvania at the moment, most of it reported in terms of billions of dollars and gigawatts, none of which tells a landowner whether their own place is relevant. That is a specific question with a specific answer. Here is how we work through it.
You tell us about the land
Send us the county, roughly the acreage, and what you have noticed around the place. Mention any gas well, pipeline, or old industrial site nearby. Where you are not certain, say so rather than guessing.
We check it against public records
We look up who serves you, what transmission and generation sit near, and what the county has already done with projects of this kind. Almost all of it is public record and it costs you nothing.
We call you if it looks workable
Where it looks promising you get our actual reasoning rather than a summary of it. Where it does not, you get the specific thing that rules it out, because being told your ground sits four miles from the nearest substation with capacity is worth something, and being told it is not a fit is worth nothing at all.
We make an offer, or we tell you why not
Documents come at the end. Your attorney reads anything before you act on it, and up to that point we have asked you for nothing beyond a description of your place.
None of that involves you paying for anything or agreeing to stop speaking to other parties. Where somebody wants either from a Pennsylvania landowner before they have shown their own work, take your time over it.
Ready to find out?
Tell us about your property. There is no cost and no obligation. If it does not fit, we will tell you plainly.
Thank you. We have enough to log it. One more page and we can actually evaluate it.
These take about two minutes. Skip anything you do not know. Guessing is fine.
Thank you. We will review the property and come back to you with a plain answer either way, including if it does not fit.
